APA Style Repository Citation Guide

Below are several examples of how to cite content in the Digital Repository according to APA Style. You should follow the guide that most closely matches the type of resource you are intending to cite.


Journal Articles

Author Last Name, First Initial. (Year of Publication). Title of Article. Name of Journal, Volume Number (Issue Number), First Page Number-Last Page Number.

In APA, when a DOI is absent, 7th edition states that journal article citations should end after page range (no mention of database or url required).

Scholarship

Author Last Name, First Initial. (Year of Publication). Title of Paper [Description of Degree, Awarding Institution]. Repository Name. URL.
