Welcome to the Ely Library Strategic Planning site. More information will be added as the process unfolds through the Fall of 2022. The process loosely follows a three-workshop model used by consultants at the Massachusetts Library System, scaled to the size of our library.
The purposes of this planning process are to ensure that:
