When you come to the library to pick up your material, you must wear a mask and have your Westfield State ID with you and visible at all times. To enter the Ely Campus Center, you can use the main entrance at the front of the building. The card reader is located to the right hand side of the inner doors. Follow the signs to proceed to the library. If you are unable to get into the building using the card reader, call the library at the number posted on the entrance door for assistance.
You must wear a mask to enter the library. Please observe a 6-foot distance from others.
When can I pick up my library material?
You can pick up your material any time the library is open. You can find our hours here.
The library is reservation only. Do I need to make a reservation to pick up my material?
No. A reservation is not needed to pick up material as long as you do not plan to remain in the library or use library space.
Once I am at the library, what do I do?
Upon entering the library, follow the directional sign to the left and find your material on the pick-up table. Materials are arranged in alphabetical order by patron last name. Once you have your material, you can leave through the exit door of the library. There is no need to interact with staff, but we always appreciate a wave!
What if I am unable to pick up my library material within the week?
