The following collections are hosted on the Internet Archive and digitization was funded by a grant from the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA), administered by the Boston Public Library and in partnership with the Digital Commonwealth.
* These records contain student record and health information. There is no provision for FERPA protection for deceased students, and HIPAA protects health data until 50 years following the death of individuals. All individuals in the "Early Entrance Records" (1844-1856) are reasonably assumed to be deceased at least 50 years. Other digital collections contain only student "directory" information as defined by FERPA.

Alexander B. Mapp Collection, 1977
The material contained in this collection includes photographs, newspapers from the World Youth Conference, correspondence, ephemera, and Mr. Mapp’s notes concerning governance at the World Youth Conference.

Campus Construction Progress Photographs, 1954-1956
Abbott Associates, Inc. provided photographs to the Westfield State Teachers College and to the Department of Education by hiring Merrick Photo Service of Westfield to take and produce photographs of the construction progress for the new campus on Western Avenue.
Carlson Collection, 1923-1934
Books and ephemera that belonged to Eva, Elsie and Mildred Carlson. All three sisters attended Westfield State Teachers College between the year 1923-1934.
Catherine A. Dower Collection, 1956 - 1990
The Catherine A. Dower Collection is primarily made up of notebooks that were donated to the Westfield State College Archives by Dr. Dower. These notebooks were used for her annual reviews during her career and include material from her 35 years of teaching at Westfield State Teachers College and later Westfield State College.

Deanna L. Clark Collection, 1993-2000
This collection was used by Deanna Clark when she served on the Westfield State College Board of Trustees from 1995 until 2000.
Emily Todd Collection, 1990-2022
Dr. Emily Todd was the founding Dean of the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) at Westfield State University from June 2018 until that department was eliminated in 2022. She also served as the English Department chair and co-founded/coordinated the Faculty Center.
