Instructions on accessing the teaching notes (faculty only):

• Register for a profile on the Emerald Platform: https://www-emerald-com.westfieldstate.idm.oclc.org/insight/register
• Email Emerald Customer Support at support@emerald.com and indicate that you are a faculty member at Westfield State and that you are trying to access the Teaching Notes for the Case Journal
• Once validated, Emerald Customer Support will assign faculty rights to your profile and you will have access to both the case and the teaching notes. (when accessing The Case Journal off-campus, you will first need to logon with your Westfield State off-campus info (same as MyWestfield) and then login to your profile for Emerald.com to gain access.
