To begin an IM session, enter a name in the box indicated and click "Chat".
Type your question in the lower box.
Reference staff are generally available to answer questions from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. See the library hours for more detailed information.
Closing this window will end your IM session so be sure to leave it open until you are finished.
